Régnié 2009 Tasting

After the discover of Badie, we chose the Beaujolais, Régnié 2009 to taste!

It was tuesday 26th of november, at the end of the day, in the light of candles ...

Sight:   Crystal clear              Slight sheen             Very slight adhesion to glass	Tint: Amber glare
Flavors: - Immediate flavor:                   Fruity, ripe fruits                  Woody                   Sweet                - Principal flavor:                   Spicy                   Musk	Taste: Lightweight Once swallowed, the taste      remains in the mouth The tannins are not aggressive, good balance Woody

First but not least : BADIE

Located Allée de Tourny, it's a really hold house from 1880, has the biggest suggestion of alcohol its dedicated Champagne shop and do not suggest only Bordeaux wine. 

But let speak about WINE 

The reason we were there ! and you are there...

With the advice of the Cellar-man, we had the choice between 3 wines all under 20€

- Beaujolais, RÉGNIÉ 2009, Domaine Georges Descombes, 17€ (red): 

Fresh, solar and with soft tannin this wine taste like strawberries & raspberries with a mix of red & white pepper spice. 

- Rhones, Crozes Hermitage 2011, Cuvée L, Domaine Laurent Combier, 14€ (red): 

Fruits, stewed fruits and smoked hay give this wine the perfect freshness 

- Sancerre, Taille Aux Loups 2011, Montlouis-Sur-Loire, 14€ (white) : 

Mineral, limestone and salty, this wine is a dry white wine. Tasting like white fruits and a floral touch is fresh but with a bit of acidity

We chose the RÉGNÉ 2009, we will taste it soon, so...
